Real estate company McMillan Real Estate has opened talks with buyers for a number of properties in Miami-Dade County.
The company said it has an offer for approximately 100 properties across the county, including the newly-named The Mall at Dixie.
McMillans real estate agent is currently negotiating the sale of properties that are currently on the market.
McMills real estate has also been offering for sale properties for a few months.
The company is also looking to buy a large parcel of land in Miami.
The company also said it is working with several other companies to explore potential land sales.
Miami-Dades real estate market has grown dramatically over the past year, but has not recovered the losses it suffered in 2016.
At least a third of Miami-area homes are now priced at more than $400,000.
In the past, many of the properties sold for more than that, but McMillions new offer has been a good move for the market as well as the city.
McMillian’s offers range from $50,000 to $150,000, and McMillanson said it expects the new offers to exceed $150 million.
Real estate analysts expect McMillison to sell its remaining properties and that the real estate industry may see a return to normal.
