Real estate finance firm Bend Real Properties has put $10m into a new US real estate investment fund, according to its website.
Bend Real Property will work with the firm’s real estate investor partners to provide an “all-in” real estate finance portfolio to the firm.
“This will provide us with a portfolio that we can use to grow our portfolio in the future,” said Mr Wilson.
The company, which is based in Bend, Oregon, has a portfolio of approximately $80m in investment-grade real estate properties in the United States.
“We are excited to be investing in these properties for the benefit of our clients,” Mr Wilson said.
“The real estate investments are of great value to the business and community, with the majority of our investments being located in the Northeast region of the US.”
Mr Wilson said the real estate fund would also offer investment services, including a “futures advisory service”.
“Our goal is to provide a platform to invest in properties that have strong potential for growth in the near future, and that are not currently under construction or under construction-grade properties,” he said.
The realty fund, which was launched in April 2018, was started by Bend Real Property and is comprised of real estate brokers and investors who will work together on the development of the investment.
“Bend realtor partners will be providing our investment fund management team with a complete portfolio of properties that we believe will benefit our clients in the short and long term,” Mr Watson said.
