Real estate agents say the family of President Donald Trump will no long be representing them.
In a letter to the owners of Trump properties in New Jersey, the National Association of Realtors said that the Trump name is no longer used as an agent or agent name for the family.
The association is a lobbying group that represents the interests of real-tourism businesses and their agents.
“The Trump name has been used for decades as an unofficial name for Realtor services and the Trump Organization, which has operated as a subsidiary of the Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts Corp.,” the letter says.
The association says the president’s family members will continue to use the name. “
We are concerned that the President’s personal brand is being disparaged and will not continue to represent his properties.”
The association says the president’s family members will continue to use the name.
It said the letter does not address the possibility that the president may be seeking to expand his business.
The president has used his name to advertise and promote his properties, including the Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C., and the Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Fla.
“To our knowledge, no other president or family member has used the name in any capacity,” the letter states.
